Learn Abolition: ICAN 2008 educational booklet
This educational booklet on nuclear weapons and solutions is being developed for use in schools, and contains a range of educational activities. The International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICANi) is seeking funding to further refine, print and distribute this publication.

This 2007 MAPW report was written by MAPW doctors Hadia Mukhtar and Sue Wareham, with Phillip Salem from Australians for Lebanon. It documents the terrible legacy of cluster bombs in southern Lebanon as a result of the 2006 war, and makes recommendations for Australian action both to assist the survivors, and to prevent the use of these weapons in the future.

Proliferation dangers associated with nuclear medicine (HEU). MAPW - 2008
The near-universal use of weapons-grade, highly enriched uranium (HEUi) to produce radiopharmaceuticals used in medicine, is a significant hazard. This peer-reviewed paper argues that health professionals should stop the use of HEU in medicine, as a vulnerable pathway to creating a 'terrorist bomb'. Produced by MAPW doctors Bill Williams and Tilman Ruff, it was published in 2008.
