New "War and militarism" paper released
The fourth paper in MAPW's War and militarism series is by Professor John Langmore. The paper, Promoting security: militarism or diplomacy?, questions the balance in Australia's funding in the area of security, arguing that spending is increasingly skewed towards military rather than diplomatic solutions.
